Developed in the United States on the basis of Artificial Intelligence by members of Global Community Miners Forum -GCMF- of which FLMEP is a member and co-designer, the main role of Dr Manatthan is to provide unlimited access to information relating to Artisanal and Small-scale Mining -ASM-. This includes, without limitation, information on regulations, geology, operations and ESG impacts. It places particular emphasis on the safety of mineral extraction operations, worker health, work efficiency and sustainable practices. He advises on due diligence on mining investments in several countries. In order to get closer to a greater number of people, Dr Manhattan interacts in more than 150 languages on the Whatsapp platform and responds directly to questions asked using text and voice. He does not hesitate to offer alternative solutions and advice on subjects raised by all actors in the mineral supply chain, from the government through investors to artisanal miners and mining communities.
