Jean Paul BITOUMOU

Jean Paul BITOUMOU holds professional degrees in Public Policy Economics, Project Finance and Public Finance Management from the University of Oxford, the New York Institute of Finance and from the International Monetary Fund Institute. Through his qualifications in the humanitarian field obtained at the university of Harvard and the university of Georgetown through online learning, he has been instructor for several international NGOs such as Plan International and War Child on the conduct of operations in high-risk areas in Central African Republic. Previously, he lead the implementation of a HSE program in Congo Brazzaville and Cameroon in the framework of forest certification for a French multinational company by using FSC Standard. With more than 20 years of experience in the extractive industries, he led several mining companies across Africa, including the Irish mining company Botswana Diamonds PLC and other South Korean and French mining companies based in Cameroon and Central African Republic. He travelled around the world as consultant to major oil and mining companies before fully engaged in humanitarian action to fight the curse of African mineral resources. Saving lives by creating new economic models in order to improve social conditions of mining craftsmen and indigenous communities became its first social commitment to fight against poverty and inequalities in mining industry.

Jean Thierry SONGOMALI is a Senior Expert in the mining industry, with a degree in Economics and Business Management. As a CMV Certified Mineral Expert from the Gemological Studies Institute (G.S.I), he has unparalleled experience in small scale mining and trading of precious stones and metals. He has led and consulted trading and mining companies in Africa and developed new sustainable business models in responsible supply chain. Devoted to the humanitarian issue and empowerment of artisanal miners, he organized several capacity building sessions on good governance and mining education.

Maurice Magloire ONANA holds a doctorate in law, in te area of human rights and humanitarian law obtained at the Catholic University of Central Africa, and was President of the association for the defense of human rights and humanitarian action (ADDHAH). He is the author of a book entitled Fundamental Rights of the elderly : between recognition and ignorance.

She intervenes in driving the implementation of our restoration programs, including hiring, training and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulations as well as coordinating the collection, evaluation and dissemination of all academic and organic datas to support administrative or field units.
