ABOUT UNITED NATIONS HRC

The United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights aim to implement the United Nations “Protect, Respect and Remedy” framework. Also known as the “Ruggie Principles” they were adopted in 2011 and have become the primary benchmark for the responsibility of the private sector to respect human rights.
